Important - We can only accept bookings from registered groups/organisations that hold public liability insurance. We CANNOT accept bookings from members of the general public. Please make cheques payable to The Guide Association Leicestershire ‘Topstones’ Account. Balance of fees should be paid within 2 weeks of the end of the event.

A non-returnable deposit of £50 for Girlguiding Leicestershire groups, (£75 all others) is required within 2 weeks of provisional booking to confirm.

A non-returnable deposit of £20 is required within 2 weeks of provisional booking to confirm.

A weekend booking is from 4pm on Friday – 4pm on Sunday

A sleepover is from 4pm – 4pm the following day. Any additional hours will be charged as an extra day @ £2 per person.

There are no extra costs for any of Topstones activities. Adult Supervision is paramount.

There are fridges and a freezer in the wooden shed by the Swallow Wet Weather Shelter for the use of campers.
